PODSTAWY
  1. Wystawa KISSPRINT23 O czym mówią liczby? KISSPRINT na 55-lecie Wydziału Grafiki (dalej: KISSPRINT23) będzie miała miejsce w dniach od 9 listopada do 23 listopada 2023 r.
  2. Wystawa KISSPRINT23 odbędzie się w przestrzeniach Galerii Prześwit przy ul. Freta 39 w Warszawie.
  3. Organizatorem wystawy KISSPRINT23 jest Akademia Sztuk Pięknych w Warszawie z siedzibą przy ul. Krakowskie Przedmieście 5 w Warszawie.
  4. Wystawa ma charakter konkursowy.
ZGŁOSZENIA
  1. Zgłoszenia są przyjmowane od 02 października do 15 października 2023 r.
  2. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany daty zgłoszeń, w tym zwłaszcza wydłużenia terminu przyjmowania zgłoszeń.
  3. Zgłoszenia są przyjmowane poprzez drogę elektroniczną: kissprint@asp.waw.pl
  4. Nieodłączną częścią zgłoszenia jest akceptacja regulaminu wystawy oraz załączenie kompletnej karty zgłoszenia oraz reprodukcji prac w wersji cyfrowej w formacie jpg, 300 dpi.
  5. Przyjmowane prace mogą być wykonane we wszystkich technikach grafiki artystycznej, również z wykorzystaniem innych dziedzin sztuki.
  6. W przypadku nieuzupełnienia zgłoszenia w całości, organizator ma prawo odrzucić zgłoszenie.
ORGANIZATOR
  1. Organizatorem wystawy KISSPRINT23 jest Akademia Sztuk Pięknych w Warszawie z siedzibą przy ul. Krakowskie Przedmieście 5 w Warszawie.
  2. Organizator ma prawo zrezygnować z wystawienia części prac uczestnika lub wszystkich, jeżeli zajdzie taka potrzeba przy instalacji ekspozycji. Organizator czyni to w porozumieniu z uczestnikiem oraz musi go uprzedzić o powyższym w odpowiednim czasie.
  3. Organizator ma prawo zarządzić składkę (do 60 zł), która obejmie wszystkich uczestników, w celu zapewnienia środków na wydatki związane z organizacją wystawy.
  4. Niewykorzystana nadwyżka jest przeznaczona na produkcję katalogu lub przechodzi do budżetu następnego wydarzenia Organizatora.
  5. Ostateczną decyzję w kwestii ekspozycji podejmuje Organizator.
  6. Po zakończeniu wystawy wszystkie osoby należące do grona organizatorów otrzymują zaświadczenie o organizacji wystawy.
  7. Ostateczną decyzję w sprawach nieobjętych regulaminem podejmuje Organizator wystawy.
  8. Organizator ma prawo wykluczyć uczestnika z wystawy, jeżeli ten rażąco narusza postanowienia regulaminu.
  9. Kuratorem wystawy może być pracownik Akademii Sztuk Pięknych lub absolwent Wydziału Grafiki z osiągnięciami i doświadczeniem w tej dziedzinie.
  10. Wybranym kuratorem wystawy KISSPRINT23 jest mgr Magdalena Sołtys.
UCZESTNICY
  1. Uczestnikami wystawy KISSPRINT23 mogą być studenci Akademii Sztuk Pięknych w Warszawie, doktoranci oraz absolwenci (z ostatnich dwóch lat, tj. rok akademicki 2021/2022 oraz 2022/2023) Wydziału Grafiki Akademii Sztuk Pięknych w Warszawie.
  2. Każdy uczestnik może zgłosić dowolną liczbę prac, o dowolnych rozmiarach, jednakże decyzja w kwestii liczby dopuszczonych prac do ekspozycji należy do Organizatora, który uwzględnia przy podejmowaniu decyzji dostępne warunki ekspozycyjne.
  3. Każdy Uczestnik ma obowiązek wzięcia udziału w tworzeniu ekspozycji, w tym w montażu oraz demontażu swoich prac. W razie uzasadnionego braku takiej możliwości Uczestnik pozostaje w kontakcie z Organizatorem w celu przyszłego zrealizowania ekspozycji lub demontażu. Rażące uchylanie się od udziału w tworzeniu ekspozycji może być przyczyną wykluczenia uczestnika z wystawy.
  4. Każdy Uczestnik w momencie wysłania zgłoszenia zgadza się na warunki niniejszego regulaminu, a także akceptuje odpowiednie zgody w Karcie zgłoszenia.
  5. Prawidłowo wypełniona Karta zgłoszenia stanowi integralną część zgłoszenia i jest warunkiem dopuszczenia do wystawy.
  6. Na koniec wystawy wszyscy uczestnicy otrzymają od Organizatora zaświadczenie o udziale w wystawie.
  7. Zgadzając się na regulamin uczestnik zgadza się na wykorzystywanie jego wizerunku w celach promocyjnych (np. przy fotorelacji z wydarzeń).
  8. Uczestnik ma obowiązek wysłania reprodukcji prac (o rozdzielczości 300 dpi, .jpg) wraz ze zgłoszeniem drogą elektroniczną: kissprint@asp.waw.pl
  9. Uczestnik ma obowiązek zapłaty dodatkowej składki wyznaczonej przez Organizatora w terminie wyznaczonym przez Organizatora. Jeśli składka nie zostanie uiszczona w terminie, Organizator ma prawo nie dopuścić uczestnika do wystawy.
  10. Udział w Konkursie oznacza wyrażenie przez Uczestnika zgody na postanowienia Regulaminu oraz akceptację opisanych w Regulaminie zasad Konkursu. Biorąc udział w Konkursie, Uczestnik potwierdza, że spełnia wszystkie warunki, które uprawniają go do udziału w Konkursie.
  11. Uczestnikowi nie przysługuje jakiekolwiek wynagrodzenie za sam udział w Konkursie. Wszelkie koszty związane z uczestnictwem w Konkursie oraz przygotowaniem zadania konkursowego ponosi Uczestnik.
  12. Uczestnik zezwala na nieodpłatne, bezterminowe, bez ograniczeń terytorialnych wykorzystywanie prac zgłoszonych jako prace konkursowe w celach informacyjnych, marketingowych i promocyjnych do rozpowszechniania przez Organizatora Konkursu.
  13. Prace konkursowe są wynikiem autorskiej twórczości Uczestnika i nie zawierają elementów opracowań chronionych prawami autorskimi osób trzecich.
DOPUSZCZENIA
  1. W przeciągu dwóch tygodni od zakończenia przyjmowania zgłoszeń zbierze się Komisja, która dokona wyboru uczestników wystawy.
  2. Komisja składa się z: przedstawicieli studentów Wydziału Grafiki Akademii Sztuk Pięknych w Warszawie, członków kadry Wydziału Grafiki Akademii Sztuk Pięknych w Warszawie, kuratora wystawy oraz niezależnej osoby zaproszonej, niezwiązanej z Akademią.
  3. Skład osobowy Komisji zostanie wybrany przez członków Grupy Artystycznej KISSPRINT.
  4. O zakwalifikowaniu na wystawę Uczestnik poinformowany zostanie drogą mailową.
  5. Z obrad komisji sporządzany będzie protokół zawierający listę zwycięzców oraz wyróżnionych.
TERMINY
  1. Dla wystawy KISSPRINT23 przyjęto następujący terminarz:
    a. Przyjmowanie zgłoszeń: 02 października–15 października 2023 r.
    b. Posiedzenie Komisji: 17 października–20 października 2023 r.
    c. Ogłoszenie listy osób zakwalifikowanych: 23 października 2023 r.
    d. Termin dostarczenia prac do miejsca organizowania wystawy: 30 października 2023 r.
    e. Otwarcie wystawy, wernisaż: 9 listopada 2023 r.
    f. Zakończenie wystawy: 26 listopada 2023 r.
    g. Termin odbioru prac: 27 listopada 2023 r.
  2. Organizator zastrzega sobie możliwość zmiany terminów.
WYRÓŻNIENIA
  1. Uczestnicy mogą otrzymać wyróżnienie za swoje prace.
  2. Liczba wyróżnień zależy od liczby uczestników i jakości prac.
  3. Wyróżnienia są przyznawane przez komisję, której członkowie są określeni w pkt. 2 DOPUSZCZENIA.
DANE OSOBOWE
  1. Administratorem danych osobowych jest Akademia Sztuk Pięknych w Warszawie ul. Krakowskie Przedmieście 5, 00-068 Warszawa.
  2. Celem przetwarzania danych osobowych jest uczestniczenie w wystawie KISSPRINT23 organizowanej przez Grupę Artystyczną KISSPRINT przy Wydziale Grafiki Akademii Sztuk Pięknych w Warszawie – na podstawie art. 6 ust 1 lit. a) rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE (Dz. Urz. UE L 119 z 04.05.2016 r.) tj. na podstawie zgody osoby, której dane dotyczą.
  3. Z inspektorem ochrony danych osobowych można się kontaktować poprzez adres e-mail: iodo@asp.waw.pl.
  4. Dane osobowe uczestników konkursu mogą być udostępniane instytucjom upoważnionym z mocy prawa (tj. organom władzy publicznej oraz podmiotom wykonującym zadania publiczne lub działające na zlecenie organów władzy publicznej, w zakresie i w celach, które wynikają z przepisów prawa). Innym podmiotom dane osobowe nie będą podlegały udostępnieniu.
  5. Dane osobowe będą przechowywane przez okres niezbędny do realizacji celów wskazanych w pkt. 3 powyżej, tj. przez okres do 2 lat od dnia rozstrzygnięcia konkursu.
  6. W związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych przysługują następujące uprawnienia: prawo dostępu do treści swoich danych, prawo ich sprostowania, usunięcia lub ograniczenia przetwarzania, prawo wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania a także prawo przenoszenia danych. Z powyższych uprawnień można skorzystać, kontaktując się w sposób określony w pkt. 2. Zakres uprawnień oraz sytuacje w których można z nich skorzystać są określone przepisami prawa. Możliwość skorzystania z niektórych uprawnień może być m.in. uzależniona do podstawy prawnej, celu lub sposobu ich przetwarzania. W związku z koniecznością ochrony danych osoby korzystającej z uprawnień jest konieczna jej poprawna identyfikacja. W związku z powyższym Akademia może żądać uwierzytelnienia tożsamości osoby żądającej udzielenia informacji.
  7. W zakresie, w jakim udzielona została zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych, przysługuje prawo do cofnięcia tej zgody. Wycofanie zgody nie wpływa na zgodność prawem przetwarzania, którego dokonano na podstawie zgody przed jej wycofaniem.
  8. W przypadku uznania, że przetwarzanie danych osobowych narusza przepisy obowiązującego prawa, można wnieść skargę do organu nadzorczego tj. Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych.
  9. Podanie danych osobowych jest dobrowolne, ale konieczne do udziału w konkursie. Brak podania danych uniemożliwia udział w konkursie.
  10. Akademia nie będzie podejmowała zautomatyzowanych decyzji w odniesieniu do podanych danych osobowych. Ponadto Akademia nie planuje przekazywać danych osobowych do podmiotów spoza EOG (Europejskiego Obszaru Gospodarczego).
LICENCJE
  1. Autor/Autorka udziela Organizatorowi nieodpłatnej licencji niewyłącznej, nieograniczonej terytorialnie i na czas nieokreślony na korzystanie z Dzieł(a).
  2. Udzielenie ww. licencji na korzystanie z Dzieł(a) rozpoczyna się z dniem przyjęcia zgłoszenia Dzieł(a) do Konkursu przez Organizatora.
  3. Ww. licencja na korzystanie z Dzieł(a) obejmuje następujące pola eksploatacji:
    a. w zakresie rozpowszechniania Dzieł(a) w sposób inny niż określony w pkt 2 – publiczne wykonanie, wystawienie, wyświetlenie, odtworzenie oraz nadanie i reemitowanie, a także publiczne udostępnienie Dzieł(a) w taki sposób, aby każdy mógł mieć do niego dostęp w miejscu i w czasie przez siebie wybranym w tym w sieci teleinformatycznej;
    b. w zakresie utrwalania i zwielokrotniania utworu – wytwarzanie określoną techniką; egzemplarzy utworu w tym techniką drukarską, reprograficzną, zapisu magnetycznego oraz techniką cyfrową w nieograniczonej liczbie kopii;
    c. wprowadzania do pamięci komputera;
    d. wprowadzania do obrotu egzemplarza Dzieł(a), jak i wizerunku Dzieł(a); w formie utrwalonej, a w szczególności Organizator może reprodukować dzieło.
POSTANOWIENIA KOŃCOWE
  1. Regulamin wchodzi w życie z dniem 30 czerwca 2023 roku i będzie dostępny na stronie internetowej kissprint.pl oraz na stronie wydarzenia KISSPRINT23 na stronie internetowej facebook.com.
  2. W uzasadnionych przypadkach organizator jest upoważniony do zmiany niniejszego regulaminu. Wszelkie zmiany będą niezwłocznie publikowane na stronie internetowej wystawy kissprint.pl.
  3. W kwestiach nieuregulowanych Regulaminem stosuje się przepisy polskiego kodeksu cywilnego.
  4. Do rozstrzygania wszelkich sporów wynikłych ze stosowania Regulaminu właściwy jest sąd powszechny właściwy dla siedziby Organizatora.

KISSPRINT23 | What do the numbers say?

KISSPRINT for the 55th anniversary of the Faculty of Graphic Arts
Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw

BACKGROUND
  1. The KISSPRINT23 exhibition What do the numbers say? KISSPRINT for the 55th Anniversary of the Faculty of Graphic Arts (hereinafter: KISSPRINT23) will take place from 9 November to 23 November 2023.
  2. The KISSPRINT23 exhibition will take place in the premises of Prześwit Gallery at 39 Freta Street in Warsaw.
  3. The Organiser of the KISSPRINT23 exhibition is the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, based at 5 Krakowskie Przedmieście Street in Warsaw.
  4. The exhibition has a character of a competition.
APPLICATIONS
  1. Applications shall be accepted from 02 October to 15 October 2023.
  2. The Organiser reserves the right to change the dates of application, in particular to extend the deadline for applications.
  3. Applications shall be accepted by e-mail: kissprint@asp.waw.pl
  4. An integral part of the application shall be the acceptance of the exhibition regulations and the attachment of a complete application form and a digital reproduction of the works in jpg format, 300 dpi.
  5. Competition works can be made in all techniques of artistic graphics, including the use of other art disciplines.
  6. In case the application has not been entirely completed, the Organiser has the right to reject the application.
ORGANISER
  1. The Organiser of the KISSPRINT23 exhibition is the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, based at 5 Krakowskie Przedmieście Street in Warsaw.
  2. The Organiser has the right to resign from exhibiting some or all of the participant’s works if the need arises during the installation of the exhibition. The Organiser shall do this in consultation with the Participant and is obliged to inform the Participant in due course.
  3. The Organiser has the right to announce a contribution fee (up to PLN 60), applied to all the Participants, in order to provide funds for the exhibition expenses.
  4. Any unused surplus shall be used for the production of the exhibition catalogue or shall go into the budget of the Organiser’s next event.
  5. The final decision on the exhibition is made by the Organiser.
  6. After the end of the exhibition, all persons belonging to the organisers receive a certification of organization of the exhibition.
  7. The final decision on issues not covered by the regulations shall be made by the Organiser.
  8. The Organiser has got the right to exclude a participant from an exhibition if the participant grossly violates the regulations.
  9. The curator of the exhibition can be an employee of the Academy of Fine Arts or a graduate of the Faculty of Graphic Arts with achievements and experience in this field.
  10. The appointed curator of the KISSPRINT23 exhibition is Magdalena Sołtys, MA.
PARTICIPANTS
  1. The participants of the KISSPRINT23 exhibition can be students of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, PhD students and graduates (from the last two academic years, 2021/2022 and 2022/2023) of the Faculty of Graphic Arts of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw.
  2. Each Participant may submit any number of works of any size, however, the decision as for the number of works admitted to the exhibition belongs to the Organiser, who takes into account the available exhibition conditions.
  3. Each Participant is obliged to participate in the creation of the exhibition, including the installation and dismantling of their works. In the event of a justified reason, the Participant shall remain in contact with the Organiser for the future installation or dismantling of the exhibition. Blatant avoidance of participation in the creation of the exhibition may be grounds for the Participant’s exclusion from the exhibition.
  4. Each Participant, at the time of sending the application, agrees to the terms and conditions of these regulations and also accepts the relevant consents in the application form.
  5. A correctly completed application form is an integral part of the application and is a condition for admission to the exhibition.
  6. At the end of the exhibition, all participants will receive a certificate of participation from the Organiser.
  7. By agreeing to the regulations, the Participant agrees that his/her image may be used for promotional purposes (e.g. in photo coverage of events).
  8. The Participant is obliged to send a reproduction of the works (300 dpi, .jpg) together with the application by e-mail: kissprint@asp.waw.pl .
  9. The participant is obliged to pay the additional contribution fee set by the Organiser by the deadline set by the Organiser. If the fee has not been paid by the deadline, the Organiser has the right to exclude the Participant from the exhibition.
  10. Participation in the Competition implies that the Participant agrees to the provisions of the regulations and accepts the rules of the Competition as described in the regulations. By participating in the Competition, the Participant confirms that he/she fulfils all conditions which entitle him/her to participate in the Competition.
  11. The Participant is not entitled to any remuneration for his/her participation in the Competition. All costs related to the participation in the Competition and preparation of the competition task are covered by the Participant.
  12. The Partcipant authorises the free, unlimited territorial use of the works submitted as Competition application for information, marketing and promotional purposes for distribution by the Organiser.
  13. The competition works are the result of the Participant’s own creativity and do not contain any elements of works protected by third-party copyrights.
ADMISSIONS
  1. The Committee will meet within two weeks of the final deadline for application to select the Participants of the exhibition.
  2. The Committee shall consist of: representatives of the students of the Faculty of Graphic Arts at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, members of the staff of the Faculty of Graphic Arts at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, the curator of the exhibition and an independent invitee not affiliated with the Academy.
  3. The Committe will be chosen by the members of the KISSPRINT Artistic Group.
  4. The participant will be informed about qualifying for the exhibition by e-mail.
  5. Notes from the Committee’s deliberations will be drawn up in the protocol, including a list of winners and honourable mentions.
DEADLINES
  1. The following schedule has been adopted for the KISSPRINT23 exhibition:
    a. Accepting applications: 02 October-15 October 2023.
    b. Commission meeting: 17 October-20 October 2023.
    c. Announcement of shortlist: 23 October 2023.
    d. Deadline for delivery of works to the exhibition venue: 30 October 2023.
    e. Exhibition opening, vernissage: 9 November 2023.
    f. Exhibition closing: 26 November 2023.
    g. Deadline for collecting the works: 27 November 2023.
  2. The Organiser reserves the right to change the dates.
AWARDS
  1. Participants may receive an honourable mention for their works.
  2. The number of honourable mentions depends on the number of participants and the quality of the works.
  3. Honourable mentions are awarded by a committee whose members are defined in para. 2 of the ADMISSION.
PERSONAL DATA
  1. The administrator of the personal data is the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw 5, Krakowskie Przedmieście Street, 00-068 Warsaw.
  2. The purpose of processing personal data is to participate in the KISSPRINT23 exhibition organised by the KISSPRINT Artistic Group at the Faculty of Graphics of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw – on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Official Journal of the EU L 119 of 04.05.2016), i.e. on the basis of the data subject’s consent.
  3. The Data Protection Officer can be contacted via email address: iodo@asp.waw.pl.
  4. The personal data of the competition participants may be made available to institutions authorised by law (i.e. public authorities and entities performing public tasks or acting on behalf of public authorities, to the extent and for the purposes that follow from the provisions of the law). Other entities will not be subject to access to personal data.
  5. Personal data will be kept for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes indicated in para. 3 above, i.e. for a period of up to 2 years from the date of the outcome of the competition.
  6. In relation to the processing of personal data, you have the following rights: the right of access to the content of your data, the right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object to processing and the right to data portability. The above rights can be exercised by contacting as set out in para. 2. The scope of the rights and the situations in which they may be exercised are defined by law. The possibility of exercising certain rights may depend on the legal basis, purpose or manner of processing. In relation to the need to protect the data of the person exercising the rights, it is necessary to correctly identify the person. Accordingly, the Academy may require authentication of the identity of the person requesting the information.
  7. To the extent that consent has been given for the processing of personal data, you have the right to withdraw that consent. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
  8. If you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the applicable law, you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
  9. The provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary for participation in the competition. Failure to provide data will prevent participation in the competition.
  10. The Academy will not make automated decisions in relation to the personal data provided. Furthermore, the Academy does not plan to transfer personal data to entities outside the EEA (European Economic Area).
LICENSES
  1. The Author/Author grants the Organiser a non-exclusive, territorially unlimited and indefinite royalty-free licence to use his/her Work(s).
  2. The granting of the aforementioned licence to use the Work(s) shall commence on the date of acceptance of the submission of the Work(s) to the Competition by the Organiser.
  3. The aforementioned license to use the Works(a) covers the following fields of exploitation:
    a) in terms of dissemination of the Works(a) in a manner other than that specified in point 2 – public performance, exhibition, display, reproduction, as well as broadcasting and rebroadcasting, as well as making the Works(a) available to the public in such a way that everyone can have access to it in a place and at a time chosen by them, including in a tele-informatic network;
    b) within the scope of recording and multiplication of the work – production of a specific technique; including printing, reprography, magnetic recording and digital technique in an unlimited number of copies;
    c) placing in computer memory;
    d) marketing a copy of the Work(s), as well as the image of the Work(s); in fixed form, and in particular the Organiser may reproduce the Work(s).
FINAL PROVISIONS
  1. The Rules and Regulations shall come into force on 30 June 2023 and will be available on the website www.kissprint.pl and on the event page KISSPRINT23 on www.facebook.com.
  2. In justified cases, the Organiser is authorised to amend these Rules and Regulations. Any changes will be published immediately on the www.kissprint.pl website.
  3. In matters not regulated by these Rules and Regulations, the provisions of the Polish Civil Code shall apply.
  4. A common court with jurisdiction over the Organiser’s registered office shall be competent to settle any disputes arising from the application of these Rules and Regulations.
